Don't really know what to call it really...
Haha. If you have a nice idea on how to name this, white, yellow and black striped desigh leave a comment below and I'd love to hear it.

It just popped into my head. I love the colour combination, normaly I don't like the colour yellow but it goes really nice on this white backround.

Soon more uploads to come..
If there are any requests please let me know, I'd be happy to try new things.
If more people do so, I'd might also do tutorials on them so you could do this at home yourself
(I mean these last ones are pretty easy... but still)  <3

Owl nails

One of my friends came over the other day, and I had promised her I would paint her nails.
So I did!

At first I didn't really know what to create (lack of inspiration that day I think, was feeling a little tired)

So I asked her to come up with something... Anything! just name it. A print? Flowers? A character? Favorite animal?
So then she came up with this adorable idea to create little owls on her nails.
I loved it.
So here are the results (:

Sorry for the messy cuticles on this photo, the photo session wasn't a big succes because we were in a hurry (actually I was in a hurry) So I just took some random pictures near my window.
It was a sunny day though!!!

Leopard print nails

And again.. long time no uploads :(

So finally the season of sandals and flipflops is almost here, time to show your feet and paint those toenails of yours.       

Mine looked absolutely terrible. I mean I expected them to be, after a long cold winter. Always wearing these comfy socks keeping them warm (I even had socks to sleep in haha)

So I went al matchy-matchy, and painted my

toes AND nails with this awesome leopard print. I'm absolutely in love with it (:

Really nothing to it, very very easy to create same strategy as my zebra print nails.

Google a picture of a leopard print and doodle around with you polishes.

It hasn't to be neat, sometimes the messier the better! 

Cupcake nails

After doing alot of nail designs, and not taking any pictures, and not putting it here on my blog. I felt like I was abandoning my blog and I regret not taking picures of my previous nail designs.

Anyway, like my cupcake nails?

The weather is finally clearing up a bit and spring

is in the air! So alot of fun, fresh and colourful nails coming up!

Zebra nail's with a hint of pink.

Nothing much to say really...
Since zebra print is one of my favorite nail designs, I felt like painting my nails like this .. again... but slightly a bit different now, I added some hot pink into it.

there is not really a tecnique for this design just look at a random picture of a zebra print and just randomly criss cross stripes all over the white nailpolish, the messier the better (:

Valentine nails

 I did this nail art design for valentines day (:
Just started off with a simple French manicure

then used a sponge and dept two colours of pink on it (to give it this "air brushed" look) coated it with some pink glitter.        

And just randomly added a big black heart on the center of my nails.

I actually wanted to do two designs for valentines day, but I only got one pare of hands ha ha ha.

I didn't get any Valentine cards or presents... yet!
I did buy someting for my friend. We've been doing this since primary school, so it is kinda late but I'll see her tomorrow and then we exchange presents (:

Valentines day started out to be just for sweethearts but it's kinda funny these days you just send little cards and gifts to the people you

love and care about, like your mom or best friend.

Simple polkadot nail's

Just a simple and easy nail design. Haha because I'm always busy these days every thing has to be quick and easy, I need to MAKE SOME TIME to paint my nails propperly, like I did with Christmas (:
I think this colour goes gorgeous with white dots, I had people come to me asking is that a sticker or did you do this yourself? omg seriously people this is SO EASY to make! you're crazy if you go and buy stickers like this, save you money for something else (:
just take a dotting tool and dot random dots all over your nails, don't own a dotting tool?
try using a tooth pick (personally I find tooth picks to thin for dotting)

here's a tip: take one of your bobby pins and just break it, so you have one long "stick" ? eheh... look closely bobby pins have these round thingy's at the end, perfect shape for perfect dots! Or just simple buy a dotting tool

at one of your drug stores (comes in really handy, trust me!)

Little corset nails

 I haven't done a blogupdate in a while.
I had another little nail-art on my nails last week nothing much, but I forgot to take pictures and I was so busy, and then they chipped because I forgot to layer it with a topcoat (well.. forgot? I was to lazy and like I said busy) So yeah..

Yesterday I had to wake up early (on a Saturday) to go and work. I managed to paint my nail really quick before I went. And this is the result, little corset thingy's. I mean at first it wasn't my idea to paint little corsets it just turned out looking like corsets.. kinda (:

really quick and easy to do.

Striped firework nails.

A fresh start into the new year.
Of course my nails had to suit this occasion, so I came up with this.

I wanted to use alot of colour and I like the striped detailing, criss cross over each other, just like fireworks (:

And stripe patterns are the quickest and easiest to do, especially when you are in a hurry. When there is so little time and so much to do, like last minute shopping, making sure you buy everything you'll need to celebrate new years eve!

In my opinion this nail design isn't just for now. I mean not like my Christmas nails below, you can obviously see they are Christmas charachters.
I think this nail design suits 'summer' aswell, because of the bright colours.
I also appologise for the messy nails, the stripes aren't that neat,

that's because I photographed my right hand. witch I painted with my left hand. And I'm right handed.

Why I didn't upload my left hand? that's because I wanted to keep my Christmas nails on there, just untill they start to come off by itself. It was alot of work to paint those.
So when those are about to come off, or they chipped, whatever.
I'll paint my left hand aswell, with this design (:

Final Results Christmas nails

Tadaa, this is what I came up with for the holidays, instead of painting every nail with just the same charachter over and over again on each nail. I decided to paint every nail different. Because I had so much ideas (: and so little time to create those.

Secretly I was hoping to paint my friends nails or something, but nah.. I only got to do my mom's nails (which I'm going to post later on)

She's the only person close enough, to just doodle around and practise on her nails any time I want to. (and doens't mind if I mess up)

This design did cost me alot of time to make, as you already saw in my post below the penguin on my thumb already existed.

Actually I am kinda sad Christmas is already over, it went by so quickly.

Christmas is comming up :)

To help me get into the chritmas mood, I painted a "chritmas penquin" on my thumb

After painting my mothers nails I got alot of idea's for the holidays.
I don't even know if I can do them all.
So we'll see maybe I can do a view more.

I'm absolutely in love with this greenish, minty 

colour. ( W.I.C "monte verde" by Herome)
I was looking for this colour but couldn't find it.
So I got it for my birthday last week from a friend. Really sweet of her :)

So yeah thats about it for now, maybe I'm gonna see what I can paint on my other nails.

Snowflakes Nail art

My favorite month has arived, and so has the snow. 

Me and my mother were having a lazy day at home so I decided to paint her nails.

She came up with the request.
Little snowfalkes, suiting the weather.

She's in love with her nails now, and I'm happy she likes it.

Scottish Nail art.

 Today I went to the stores and bought more nailpolish (as if I don't have enough already! I can always add some colours to my colection, right? :)

And I couldn't wait to use them. My nails were already red, So I just randomly doodle over it. And then it hit me, Why not imitate a scottish print?
This is what it looks like (:
I always get pissed off if I take pictures because it never turns out the same way as in real life, depending on the light and blahblah. So I take a million photos in different lights and positions. And then I can't choose which ones to put on my blog :|
To avoid frustrations I just randomly pick a few. Or else it would take ages for me to just add a simple quick message.

Keroppi nails.

This nail art was inspired by Keroppi the frog (: Oh, this frog is so cute! He's wearing his little red and white sweater and his eyes are wide and bright!
In case you don't know who Keroppi is, he's a Hello Kitty pal.

(He's one of the characters from Sanrio, a Japanese company specialized in creating cute characters. They sell and license various products branded with these characters. Their most successful and best known character is Hello Kitty)

It's hard trying to paint a certain character on your nails when you have very thin nails like me, I feel like theres to little place to paint more complicated stuff.                                   



Cherry blossom Nails

Cute and Simple!
that's all I can say, very easy to create as well.
I Love this colour nailpolish. I bought it somewhere in a little store in Portugal so I don't know the name for the colour.
It's something like red meets pink... the colour reminds me of a cherry (:

So you don't feel like making something very complicated, or you don't have the time for it. Or even if you think other designs are to hard to copy, try this.

Kiwi nails

One of my favorite fruits :)
This design is a little tricky especially when you are right handed and you have to paint your other hand with left.

And again if you are going to copy this, watch your nails. Before you know it someone is willing to eat them :)
